Arkane_Artz Close enough welcome back Glenn Danzig -- Jokes aside, this is a killer debut album that highlights the astounding potential that can come from the marriage between the Goth and Metal genres. Wistful dreaminess is met with raw power. This is my first listen from the group, and I am stoked to dive into the rest of their discography. Some of my fave tracks are Nightfall, Blade and the Will, and Double Negative Favorite track: Nightfall.

choodi There has been a hole in my life since the passing of Peter Steele. This band has gone some way to filling that hole. Brilliant album worth all of the praise it has received and then some. Favorite track: Give Me To The Night.

murdelizer Full of hits, both hard hitting and slow charging, but always landing in my ear perfectly Favorite track: Dragon, Why Do You Cry?.

I am fairly new to power metal and honestly getting into the rabbit hole of metal sub-genre’s, and this album just reeks of pure badass fantasy, like I am playing a D&D game where I am the hero slaying demons and ghouls. I absolutely love it. The guitar solo’s to the vocal’s are just great and match what I want out of metal in general. Highly recommend this album! SLADESNAKE

An excellent release that significantly improved from their previous albums. Blood Incantation's Hidden History of the Human Race sounds like Covenant-era Morbid Angel, Death, Brutality, Afterbirth, Lykathea Aflame, Atheist, and Cynic had a child. I really enjoy Blood Incantation's lyrical themes, while their name would make one presume they're about the occult or played-out satanic crap, they take a deep dive into the unknown of the cosmos and extraterrestrial beings.
